Is the size a true XL? I'm more XXL but some XL stuff fits me.

TFC Rick I have heard they run a little small best to go a size up from your normal size .Great product though

It does seem to run smaller. Not horribly smaller but smaller for sure.

Its not waterproof but does a great job holding your body heat in.
