Here is a short video I did on the OMW by wildernesslogics.com.
It was a cold day and I couldn't wait to get my gear out! The coverage of this tarp is amazing!

Great Video! I know I love my OMW Tarp and its versatility. Enjoy yours!
excellent review Backtrack. the OMW is a sweet tarp.
Great video man! I have actually been considering picking one of these up for a while, so thanks for giving me a little more intel before I decide whether or not to make the purchase.
Thanks, Can't wait to see your two tone version!
Thanks! I think it will get me through the worst weather this winter...
Thanks! It took me several tarps before I found the one I really wanted. No negative issues here on the OMW....
I just got mine saturday and it's a BEAST.. and I couldn't believe how small the stuffsack was for it, blew my mind.
Thanks for a nice review of it, I can't wait to get mine set up.. hopefully I get to try it out before the winter hang this weekend.
I got the black one too, good taste  keep that pesky sun from bothering me when I'm trying to sleep in out there ;)
Excellent video! I received mine saturday and haven't had the chance to set it up yet - this is just a preview of coming attractions  Made my guylines today, hopefully get to unfurl it this weekend.
Great video..
I have my 144"rl OMW in green. I call it, "The Jolly Green Giant" because it just makes me happy.. I love the OMW but I can not get it into the little stuff sack.
Good looking rig. That will keep you good and dry.

I love the idea of using a black tarp in winter since it's so bright out from the snow on the ground it would help me sleep in a bit more. Good review video thanks for posting it.
Great review and nice looking tarp. Well done.
Thanks for sharing Backtrack.
And a mighty fine tarp that is.
Blaze
Thanks everyone for the nice words!
It has only dared to rain once when I have used this tarp and the one time it did (Grayson Highlands Hang in Oct) I stayed high and dry.
Update on my Oldman Winter Tarp.
Adding a outer pole mod to the panel pulls.
Adding tent style zipper system to the doors.
I'll let you know how this turns out.....

I have one of the OMW tarps (in gray) and it has kepted me dry during a heavy rain.
Picture is from first time I set it up in my backyard. Excellent value
Let us know! I also am adding pole mods to mine but the tension is concerning me. I guess I wont really know until I can stake it out and put them on but I'm excited to hear how you did yours and how it performed. Did you go with the Easton Nano's?
This is my OMW Tarp from the Ohio Hang

I used 3 sections of Easton aluminum arrows and used the knock on the end of the shaft to put the tie out attached to...works great on my tie outs of my OMW Tarp.
Just ordered one in black w/ 132" ridgeline. Cant wait to get it !
Good vid! We need to head out on the trail soon and test it out! Ha!
Great review thanks! Our family of four received two of these in the mail today and we plan to hang double (with one adult and one small child). I could not believe how small it was when I opened the box! I thought that they had made a mistake and sent the wrong items... So far my wife and I are extremely happy with these tarps!
Nicely done...thanks
I know this is an old thread, but does that double cat with center tie make a big difference in rigidity and cutting wind? Sold Superfly and saving for new tarp and I am thinking of the OMW.

Looking at upgrading my rig. Going back and looking at lots of reviews.
Thanks for the concise well done review.
OMW Tarp now on my wish list. :boggle:
