Huh, that's really strange. Mine pops up the "quote, share, more" options...maybe try reloading the app?
Anyway, sorry again for the off topic talk folks :)

===> Awesome! I will be working for the State again as an instructor with the Angler Education Program this coming Saturday - Sept 8th - at Harold Parker. There should be signs to whichever pond they stick us at. Drop by and say hello! It is free, and a lot of fun for kids! We can ask the Rangers about a group hang this Fall there!

Not sure when/ where this hang is ending up but i wont be in for September or early October. Too much family and work stuff going on right now to commit. I'm limited to last minute overnight hikes unfortunately.
I'll keep watching the thread though and see where you guys end up.
Sorry for the long delay but I just got back from a 6 day 100 mile kayak trip on the Allagash river in Maine and I've been playing catch up.
I called for an update and they're not looking to have Kenneth Dubuque Memorial State Forest open until sometime at the end of October now. The current date set is October 5-7. Unless we want to reschedule and look at new dates it looks like we need a new site.
I'm open to all suggestions for sites that will hold at least 20 people. The original intent was to have a hike in site instead of car camping this time but I think we need to keep our options open.
If we still want to hike in, the Wilburs Clearing area on Mt. Greylock can hold a bunch of Hangers, I am not sure how many though, 20 might be pushing it.
Hey guys I am going to have to pass in this one. :(. I promised my 12 y/o son a trip on his birthday. Though I won't be far from wilbur clearing. We are hiking a small spot next to Williams' college. For a single over night.
Where are you going next to Williams College?
I don't have a name at the moment. I will let you know when I get home.
