Yet another satisfied customer

I received a call from Adam saying he got my email and told me he did not recieve my order from December 20. He confirmed the Pay pal account charged my credit card, but the shopping cart didn't get to him. :confused:

Even though it was not his fault he is going to make the under quilt and get it to me before my trip to the Adirondack mountains with about 4 days to spare. :laugh:

This is the second time I have ordered from Adam and Jenny, they will always have my business.

I've always been super pleased with them, too. I know a few folks have had a few bumps in the road, but it's overwhelmingly positive. The quality of their service and especially their products is amazing.

I had an order placed Dec. 5th and the 19th... I emailed them through the site but haven't gotten any replies... My account was charged so it could be that I have the same problem.. Did you use a different email address? I placed my orders without any requests for them to be rushed or anything, but now that I have a trip coming up in a couple of weeks I'm getting anxious lol

ETA: Stormcrow sent me a pm... MY QUILTS ARE DONE!!! :boggle:

Try emailing them again - they've had a few cases of things getting lost. It's also worth a call. You ordered long enough ago that you should be right near getting something.
