Thanks for another great installment of your trip.
Hey Shug,
I am enjoying this new video series of your latest adventure.
Almost all of my trips have been solo and people always ask me if I get spooked or lonely out there. I feel the same way you do, I love the peace and quiet. I find there is nothing to be afraid of. Actually my biggest fear is of losing my food to critters. I once had a mink tear a hole through my tent to get my food I had with me. (foolish I know) I lost all my bread and wrapped goodies. I now hang my food. I am more concerned about the smaller creatures getting at it.
What model of ursack is the one you use ? It looks like a good size and would be easier than hanging my food in a tree.
Looking forward to the next chapter in your adventure.
Lovin um... Hope there will be a part 4?
Another great installment, Shug. I think we all get those spooked feelings once in a while when out solo. :scared:
And who needs a gun when you can throw a knife like that.
I have never been to that end of the BWCA but man does it look like a fun place to romp around.
Glad your knee didn't get worse, and the site looks so peaceful. As always, looking forward to your next video / adventure wherever it may be! Thanks for posting and hope all remains "Secure in Sector 7"

you appear to be a much happier camper in this vid. We all appreciate the honest commentary and self-reflection.
When the first shots of that saw popped up I thought it was a spring loaded trap and was trying to figure it out. Bear trap? Cruel, why? Ah, a saw, that's better.
It's funny out on the Keck, isn't it, there's all kinds of water sort of in the general vicinity, but not much to be found on the trail.
Well Shugrow ... good to see the knee is cooperating with ye now. Neat place you be hiking, even if I couldn't pronounce it myself! Ha!
