2400 miles round trip

and not on foot. We(the girls, the dog and I) are going to take a road trip.
We will be leaving April 16th and be home April 26. We are driving from Maryland to Iowa, from Iowa to Missouri, and then from Missouri to Maryland.
If there is anyone who is around the quadcities area or knows of the East wind community let me know.
or if you know of any awesome parks we can stop along the way (not to stay for a night or anything, just to stop and stretch and hang out for a bit) let me know.
I will hopefully be stopping by Allerton Park in Champagne/Urbana, but other than that i didn't have a plan to stop much, would love to stop somewhere in the mountains and let the kids roam around a bit.
