Unsolicited critique
Take my $.02 for what it's worth, but I wish you had a little bit more educational info on your site. As a semi-noob with only a half-dozen nights in my Hennessy, I know I don't like the stock suspension. I've already received my whoopie hook setup from you but would have appreciated a little article that goes over the pros and cons of the different types of suspensions you offer. The myriad choices are confusing and it forces a noob to go elsewhere for information; some of those potential customers may end up making purchases elsewhere.
That said, I've already placed my second order and will make my third soon. :D

It's all a bit overwhelming, especially for a noob, but if a veteran stays away for more than a weekend, they may be left behind by further advances. That's a great problem to have! I came to HF's just before the whoopie landed. Talk about a whirlwind of excitement and innovation, growing day by day.
It sounds like you have accepted the situation and are acclimating marvelously :)
It takes investing some time, especially in the suspension sub-forum, and I can't think of a better one-stop-resource than the book, "The Ultimate Hang."

Interesting. I was just looking at Dutchware's UCR Suspension kit with whoopie hooks and was wishing there was a video demonstrating the setup. I finally figured it out, but I've noticed there are a lot more videos on whoopie slings than UCR suspensions.

UCRs are still the new comer in the game... the only video i have seen that actually breaks it down is the one on how to make them... but i think alot of the reason there isn't more videos specific to it, is that they work just like a whoopie sling, just with a fixed eye on the end where there is usually a big adjustable loop...

About 20 minutes ago I finished my first set of DYI whooopies and added the Whoopie Hooks to them. I found this diagram to be very good at explaining the concept behind the Whoopie Hooks.

Hopefully it helps you as much as it did for me.

As I was reading this my son walked in from the mailbox and loudly declared "DUTCHWARE!"
YESSSS!

And yes, I have read the Ultimate Hang a couple of time. My 10 year old son has read it too.

I totally agree with you and I do have a good bit of vids that I just didn't get on the site yet. It has only been on for a week and I have a lot to add of content. I will never be done. We will be producing new vids to better explian each suspension. However I don't think you will be a noob very long.

My experience with HammockForums has been: 1) spend a night in the Hammock 2) learn of a new issue I have with comfort, convienience ect. 3) find a solution to that specific issue on the forums 4) repeat.
The educational info here is akin to a self-service buffet. It is all here if you know what you need. The more you hang, the more you'll know. My $0.02
Good luck
