cheap ebay hammocks

In an attempt to get the dog used to sleeping in the hammock with me, I went in search of a cheapy hammock to use as a tester and to take with when I go car camping for others to 'try out' .
I'd often scrolled passed various ones on ebay and in the end purchased a couple of 'parachute nylon' hammocks for around the 20buck mark.

Anyone used and abused one long term? how did they fair ?

I'm also interested to hear from those who have purchased similar hammocks from known name suppliers like eno or GT and how these compare to them.

A good choice as well is the Grand Trunk Ultra Light. Sometime they are on sale for $14 online.

Thanks for the review, when I was first considering getting a hammock I did the eBay search but the hammocks I looked at(I'm pretty sure they were the ones you reviewed) they looked like they were too small for anyone over 6 foot. Also they had no bugnet.

Still super cheap tho :)

I figured most have probably looked at them at some point and pondered. Thought it might be nice to offer more than a little pic and a rough description of them.
They will never replace my other hammocks but they're ok for a beater hammock for me and the mutt.
