Does it have a tube around the neck? How small can you get it compressed?

1. No neck collar.
2. Compresses really well and keeps it's loft. I get it to pack down to approx 6.5 x 13

I don't have a pic with a compression bag but here are some more pics including the sleeping bag in it's sil stuffsack. I used a Nalgene bottle for comparison.
