Sounds good to me. I'm at 61.3oz for comfort near 30°, so I would easily pick up another 10-15oz or so to get into the teens.
You are not at a bad weight, and really it only matters to you as you are the one carrying it, so if it feels light too you and you are happy then thats all that matters. Be that as it may there are ways to "lighten up" if you wanted too.
My 20* kit weighs 49.21oz or 3lb 1.21oz
This is tarp(with all lines and in skins), hammock, UQ and TQ, and suspension bag (which carries my hammock suspension, tarp stakes, ground sheet, suspension extensions (3), and two dutch biners)
If I were to add my bug sock for my hammock it would add another 2.3oz to the total weight. All of my gear is custom made and I could go a little lighter on each piece but I am pretty happy with my current set-up, for now..........
I'm in that same ballpark. I'm really only setup for down into the 30s. My TQ/UQ and Hammock stay the same and I have some options with the tarp (MacCat Deluxe or my 4-season). That changes things by about 10oz I think.
I gave up on trying significantly to lighten the load a while back. There's really not much else I can shave off. For colder weather I can always supplement with more clothes. At the end of the day the hammock vs tent argument is always won by the comfort factor so I don't sweat any weight difference.
I think your doing pretty good,,my 20 deg. TQ is 25.2 oz, UQ is 20 with 2 oz of extra down at 25.9 oz. momentum hammock with suspension is 19.3 oz. and cuben tarp is 13 oz. so your way lighter than i,,and if I take the bridge hammock add another 12 ozs on top of that and I would be total of 6.01lbs..so pack what you want,,and enjoy your hang your way. We all do our own thingy. I am cold natured so going to pack a full length UQ.
3.32 pounds for my entire sleep/shelter system for fall (tarp, top quilt, under quilt, hammock and stuff sacks)
