How manyt yards of Silylon
So this design requires 3.6 yards of silnylon to make (round up to 4 because stuff happens, and most places make you order in whole yard increments)
This is based on the 11' (132") diagonal ridgeline, and the 62" wide material. If you treat those as the sides of a right triangle and solve for the missing side, it should be the length of uncut silnylon required 116.5 " (3.24 yards)
I'd really love to see one pitched tight, to know if the "slightly loose rigeline" would bother me at all... another benifit of having no rigeline-seam
( beyond ease of construction and seam sealing) is the weight...

That left a wedge at each end of the 62" fabric that needed to be removed to make the parallelogram from the original rectangle.
