Hammockgear's customer service is 2nd to none. Adam drove over 3 hours to personally deliver some gear to a guy that was going to the Northern Hang so he would have his gear in time.
He also over nighted my 20F TQ so I would have it in time to open on X-mas morning.

+1. Lots of outstanding vendors on HF, but HG really has gone out of their way to rise up above the rest. Speaking from personal experience, they're totally dedicated to their customers satisfaction. Adam and Jen both rock out load! :D

I'm sure they have a great product. I'm a little frustrated though.
I've sent two emails now (firstname.lastname@example.org), one yesterday and one on Dec 22, and so far have received no response to my question about them customizing a top quilt I'm interested in. If they don't do customizing, I'm fine with that. I'd just like a reply saying so.

Yea I agree with Hawk-eye, they're just inundated with work-I true testament of their products & services. I had no reply on their info@ email address also but I did get a quick reply on email@example.com
