Interesting. Still would like to see a video.
Any plans on releasing a version of the tarsser without insulation for people who already have gear?

Finally here it is! A much waited video showing tarseer in action.
We're still working on video on our Rae tarp so stay tuned!
Chapinb: Tarseer without insulation would kind of defeat the whole idea of Tarseer so we don't have any plans on that matter. Luckily there's many good hammocks out there without insulation to choose from.
While I think that spreader bar makes it looks tippy, IMO, it is still a pretty darn cool looking hammock.
wow - this is an innovative design. The video really helps me make sense of the hammock and its suspension system and it looks pretty well thought-out.. Very impressive creation!
Hi again! We've also released a video showcasing use of our rae tarp. You can check it out on our YouTube channel.
Remember that you've also got a chance of winning a rae for yourself by entering our giveaway campaing running untill end of Nov. All you need to do is like us on facebook and you're in!
Just watched both videos. Nice!
Hyvää!
What are the possibilities for customizing this on order? I'm a bit tall, and cherish my space, so would it be possible to order it let's say 15-20 cm longer?
Sure, we can customize both of our products to customer's specifications. We will how ever need up to tree weeks to ship the products depending on material choises and extent of modifications. Drop me an email at [email protected] detailing what you want and I'll get back to you.
Very cool setup! I think the concept is great and noticed your designs are geared to the minimalist. I would love to purchase one but the $650 dollar price tag is a bit much for me especially since it is a stand alone item that can't be mix and matched with other items like TQ UQ and hammocks can all interchange.
Have you ever tried using a spreader bar a the head end to eliminate the third tie out point?
