Finally!.......got out for a solo trip for two nights after a long, hot, strenuous Summer tour.
Traveled the Kekekabic/Snowbank Trails in Northern MN right out of Ely in the Boundry Waters Canoe Area. http://www.kek.org
Had the woods all to myself. Well....me and the wildlife.
Got a bit off-course but made good mental decisions. For that I am pleased.
The Fall colors made me shed man-tears.
Good to back out in the piney woods.
All secure in sector seven,
Thanks Shug. Looking forward to part dos.
Glad you got a chance to get out in the woods. Hope the knee gets better..
I bet it did feel great to get out there in the pineys where you belong.
So many people underestimate the rocks and roots on the trail and how much they can mess you up.
Knee breakers and ankle twisters for sure.
Hope the knee is doing better and looking forward to more of your Keck Trek.
Sometimes a walk in the woods turns into an adventure you didn't expect. Looking forward to part two.
Nice to see you out there again Shug!
Enjoyed the video as always and will be waiting for part 2. Hope your knee gets better and the trial is good walking ahead.
Man I hope that knee if feelin' better for ya pal. Can't wait to see part 2 ... and see if you ever made it out alive ... oh wait ... guess you did! Ha! Don't pay me no mind ... I ain't right don't cha know!

Welcome back, Shug!! Missed ya. It was a long summer without ya.........
Looking forward to the next one, with hopes the ole' knee is pain free.
Very very good Shug: left a schedule behind with family, compass/map, observing where you are at and taking your time and understanding you are not on the trail you want to be on. Cant wait for part 2. Hope your knee is feeling better.
