Someone was asking about what states the Mid-Atlantic covers -- guy with a wikipedia link was referencing that.

As a professional geographer, my professional opinion is that the Mid-Atlantic states include: MD, DE, VA, NC and The District; WV gets included more in KY/TN with appalachia :)
