Fred.... I'm not that far from Schaghticoke...If you need a ride let me know. I'm going down early Sat.
Don't know if this counts or not, but I just spent my first night out in the hammock! It was on the porch from my turtledog stand. Made some mods to the system since my spindrift won't be here in...
I live maybe 30 min or so from Cambridge in Hoosick, and will be leaving very early Sat a.m. for the hang. I can give it a ride down.
I saw those! Was thinking of picking one up also, but can't decide whether booties or no booties.
Due to multiple roadblocks, won't be able to get there until early Sat. Also decided to scrap the salad (freezing issues) and make a veg based soup. Can add whatever wanted.....even goat!
Might have to rename it the NEHHA Mud Hang. :(
I'm allergic to vodka.......but not whiskey, rum, tequila, or whiskey.
Have been checking out the spreadsheet for the hang and I've noticed it's geared mostly to meat. No objections here (I love me some bacon:boggle:!) but would it be amiss if I donate some vegetation...
And just one privy!
My name is on both lists.
Looks like a great site.
Put me in the "going" column, please!
Me too! I'm thinking midweight underlayers might be too light?
Tentatively in. Will have to depend on road conditions. Pretty sure I can get the gear by then.
