Thanks guys, I am glad I got the 10 degree. This is my first “real” underquilt. I go to sleep at night thinking about it. A few more weeks...

If you don't care about looks, I would put a 4x4 post in opposite corners and run 2x4 at the ceiling running from corner to corner bracing the 4x4 posts. With such short distances it would be pretty...
That's why I went with the 10°, I think I chose wisely... Now the 5 week wait begins. Also bought a pillow, had a harder time deciding which color for that than I did for the under quilt. ...
I ordered the 10° last night, I hope i am not hot when it's in the high 50's or low 60's.
Thanks
Scott Matson
Great, that's what I needed to hear, I think the 10 degree will work for me. Now I hope I get a 10% off coupon for my first order. Until then I will rewatch some Shug videos...
Thanks
Scott
Thanks Shug, I saw the different lengths but didn’t see what the lengths were in inches, still dont see it.
Thanks
Scott
Someone bought the instock 10 degree today!!! What is the length of the incubator?
Thanks
Scott
I am going to buy my first under quilt and was wondering if I should buy a 10 degree or 20 degree quilt. I guess I would be using this from the low 20’s to 60’s. I thought when its warmer I would...

Scott
I bought the dutch clip on mass drop because they looked like a good deal, not because I needed them. I have placed two orders with Dutch and love his stuff. I he had some item I wanted on a 2 or 3...
I am a NEW scoutmaster, and one of the boys used a hammock before we came in the troop, my son another boy and myself have hammocks now. I would like to see what your troop offers.
Scott

That's what I was thinking. I will fiddle with it.
Thanks Dutch
I am having trouble getting lash it to release out of the fleas. Any suggestions?
Thanks
Scott
Welcome. I'm in tulsa and am new to this also. I have used a foam pad down into the teens.
Good luck.
First night ever in a hammock and I went inside the house at 5 am not because I was cold but my sleeping pad shifted and I wasn't sleeping that good. When I came in it was 13°f . Overall very...
I guess I don't know everything. If Dutch likes it then I like it..
Scott
I guess I am now that I have it set up in the back yard. Suppose to be 17f tonight. I know I won't last very long but want to see where I get the most cold.
Scott
I understand it f it gets his products in front people who don't know about them, but we already do. What do we gain besides saving $2? Higher shipping and longer wait time?
Scott
My wife would of liked the time it takes to order a Warbonnet but not the price.. Hang in the basement??
Enjoy your new hammock, I think I'm going too.
Scott
Yah. I do t think where I camp the trees will be that big. I'm going to sleep in it a while tonight and see how long I last. Tomorrow I'm going to sew up a sleeping bag I cut down to size for an...
Forgot I made my own tree straps and am using toggles I made.
I also made a set up for my scout son. He has a Yukon hammock and tarp with Dutch hardware also.
Scott
Well after 2 months a research on this site, 2 orders to Dutchwear, custom tarp made by member Boston, three nights making continuous loops, hammock and tarp leads, a Lawson order, it all came...
I agree. Why try and undercut a great product and service.
Scott
Awsome. Got my PolyD this week. Great looking hammock.
Scott
I camped there last march in a tent will try and make it this time in a hammock.
Scott
BTW I have lots of dutch ovens....
I'm just getting started also, and I'm in Tulsa. I would buy a hammock from Dutchwear for $35 for your first one especially if your going to only use a couple times a year. You can put together...
Congrats on starting your own business. I didn't see a underquilt on the website. How much is an underquilt?
Thanks
Scott
Wow, thanks. You didn't have to do that.
Have a great new year and I'm sure I will be buying more stuff from you soon. People in my scout troop are very interested to see my setup with your stuff....
Did I get the two I wanted in my order or do I need to order some more.
Thanks
Scott
I live in Tulsa. Getting my scout son and me I to hammocks for the first time. Waiting on a hammock from Dutchwear, should be here next week. Now to make some under quilts. Good luck.

Thanks Dutch. The speed hooks look great BTW.
I don't have a ploy d hammock yet, but was going to make some amsteel continuous loops toningt and was wondering what size I should make them? I am going to attach a speed hook to the loop.
Thanks...
Thanks, just ordered the mosquito hammock and a tarp for my boyscout.
Scott
Thanks for the info, someone on the forum has offered to make me a tarp at a good price, so I am real happy.
Scott
Took a second but I got it.....
No problem, I ordered the speed hooks but don't have a hammock yet, so I can wait.
Scott
I can make a "basic hammock" as you put it, in about 10 minutes. A basic hex tarp takes hours. So there's more than materials to figure into it.[/QUOTE]
I can understand that. I'm still learning...
Thanks for the replies. I am looking at the site mentioned. I was just thinking if he sells a basic hammock for $30 the. Maybe he could sell a basic tarp (that requires twice as much material?) for...
Why doesn't Dutch make tarps? I need a tarp but don't have the time to make one, and don't want to spend a fortune.
Thanks
Scott
