    Yep it can be done
    Tarp 7 yards of fabric = $14
    2 spray cans of water proofing = $11.76
    Hammock 3 yards of fabric = $6
    Straps = $3.49
    Bug Net = $6.98
    Sewing = $0
    Total = $42.23
