Received the jacket! Awesome man thanks for the hat too.
I'll take the Condor Soft Shell!
I will get some pics when I put in the support for the front and pics of the back two points where I hook in to.
Well it worked! I went to the gunshow this past weekend and set up my DIY form front center to rear corner. My whoopies prevented me from getting the set up short enough to hang it right, but was...
Received the jackets!
Thanks again.
We are mostly family. I mainly do the shows by myself until recently. An upgrade in trailer size may in order.
Pretty much my thoughts too.
For "Bizness", since most of my "camping" will be in Arena parking lots, will be a Transmission funnel and hose through a small hole in the floor. For other bizness...
I set up at local Gun Shows in Michigan. I bought the Cargo Trailer to carry the stock, and to save on hotels. So far I have used cots inside. But with the two cots I have, they don't leave any room...
I have used my MSS System in my DIY gathered end hammock. I glad I did last February since the wind was blowing snow everywhere under my tarp. It kept me dry and warm down to 4*F! I used the pad...
#36: If need be you can set a hammock up as a tent on the ground when no trees are available. Utilizing your trekking poles, bugnet and tarp. Just be sure to protect the bottom of the hammock with a...
I bought one and haven't set it up yet...
But my friend has one he uses on his shelter half or A frame tarp.
Hmmm Don't Tread on Me come to mind.
The Timber Rattler is the snake in the famous Gadsden Flag.
Nice Tbuck! If I hadn't just bought a Greylock 3 and Hudson River I would've been all over this!
Why not clip your fly onto the tarp fly clip?
Seller responded and funds sent. for the No-Sniveler.
I add a fleece line to my bags. It adds about 15*F for me. I have had my MSS with Bivy cover down to 4*F in my hammock with a 3/4 Thermarest under me. Heavy bag system for hiking though.

Thanks FrActOwl!

I was following this thread with interest. Then noticed the conversation in another thread on the WTB forum. Technically the sale was finalized on that thread. So how do the rules play out in that...
I use 550 for my crl
Next morning.
It should almost be a requirement to watch Shug's videos before hanging! LOL
I can't get enough of them Shug!
I Tarp camp all year round in Michigan! I always use a Continuous ridge line under my tarp for just that reason. I use 550 cord so it will stretch a little. As stated pitch steep, but wet snow will...
I just use a small peice of 550 to tie a tuatline hitch to my CRL. Easily adjustable.
Congrats! Good luck in your endeavors.
Last year I spent the night down to 4*F with a Military MSS, both bags inside the bivy cover, and a 3/4 length 1" Thermarest. I had on long johns and a micro fleec pull over. I was good to go, with...

I'll Take it!
That's what I see. In that case it could be used as an underquilt.
Looks to me like the footbox is open? Is it sewn? Can it open flat?
You will never have a problem with 7/64", as long as you follow the right hang angle.
Very important that you get the right angle when attaching your suspension. Remember that under 30* you start...
Looks like a great trip! I camp near there a lot. All year round. There can be a lot of snow.
On my wish list to attend, but I have a scout outing near the same time in Port Huron.
Have fun and...
Bought it! Thanks this will help when I teach new people how to hang their new hammocks!
Ordered my quilts on the 16th and they were on the porch on the 19th! So far I love them on the couch and can't wait until this weekend to try them out in the woods!
Nice pics thanks for sharing! I love it up there. Gonna try and do a winter hike on that trail.
Thank you! Bob1520
