I can't believe you are hanging from my Deep Ellum Robot's legs! Good luck with your venture.
I bought them from him.
He began trying to sell the whole lot for one price.
Dutch hooks to attach the tarp, and a Dutch hook on one end of the ridge line coupled with a Dutch flyz to tension it.
Those look nice!
I use arrow shaft CF toggles. I am 250#, and have had no problems.
Mine are cut with an arrow saw, not a hatchet, so I have not noticed splintered ends. Having said that, I don't rub mine over my...
Hubagawa gets the prize!

I have two of the old style Heineken cans and one Fosters can. I popped the tops on the Heinekens and cut the top out of the Fosters can leaving the...
You can mail media free, or at very reduced rates with USPS. Tell the clerk you are mailing books. They might need to see them.
I have used the SS with OC into the mid 20s. I supplemented it with a space blanket.
Only very good??? I was thinking awesome! Funny how slang does not translate very well.
Good luck on the maiden hang.
I'll take it
I have one that has only been used on two long weekends, and in the yard for testing. Make me an offer. I have the super shelter with over cover too. The hammock will come with snake skins.
What color is it?
I used my BBO this weekend into the mid 20s. I left the head end loose and had no condensation issues. I only close the head end when there is a steady wind to draw the condensation from the fabric....
That is very generous. I need a long.
I will PP the funds right away, if you make back.
I should have said down 3 season. If they have a long for around 160, I'll send you the money via PP.

Good to have you on board!

Always good to see a fellow Texan on the forum! This is a great place to learn.
$50 for the infamous Frog Sack!
Thanks for the heads up!
Second that!
I think the hammock might have been worse.
1) I sleep more soundly.
2)the water would have been deeper before I realized it was rising.
3) I feel much more secure in my hammock.
The...
Well, after hearing of the tragedy at Albert Pike in the Quachita NF, I think I finally found an advantage of sleeping in a tent.
In a flash flood, tent campers would get wet sooner and wake up...
I use my bag like a quilt most of the time. I move around a lot even in the hammock. When it is cold, I find that I stay warmer when I can limit the amount of warm air that escapes each time I move....
I too am a big guy. There is a lot of stretch in their bags. I wear a 56 jacket, to give you a point of reference, and I have room to move in their bags.
That's not much of a price break. The winter is on sale at Warbonnet.
I am jealous. Still waiting.
I love my brown SWT! I don't think this color is as olive as the previous brown, but much better than the grey. IMO
I have been inspired. When I finish my honeydos I will try my own pay it forward.
Thanks to all the great folks here on the forum.
