i know it took me a while till i could sleep i a hammock a full night
some ppl take to is the first try...others,i thats some time...

i had a problem with background noise as well in my backyard...i'm only 300 yards away from a highway ....after a few nights i got use to the noise LOL
but lots of times i use my ipod to block it...

took me a long time to sleep a full night in a hammock
i'm a side sleeper at home....but now i can sleep great on my back in a hammock..
try sleeping in your hammock for a week..play around with...
