The RM No Sniveler has a head hole, the Old Rag doesn't. Francis Tapon used a RMNS on a Cont Divide Trail Yo-Yo, along with a JRB hood.
I'd send that sucker back and get a Feathered Friends Winter Wren or a Rocky Mountain No Sniveler. The wearable aspect of both those is priceless.
