Just weighed the UQ and it's 13oz.

Sipsey wilderness is where it's at.

I used my 20 degree sleeping bag, a ground mat, and my poncho liner on top of me and I got down to 45 degrees and I was toasty. I wouldn't think putting the liner on the outside would do all that...

Welcome from Alabama. You will learn a lot here.
I have a few UQ questions. Im wanting to make a 3/4 length UQ for my HH. How wide are you guys making your UQ and how well does your IX UQ pack down. Pics if you can please.
I was about 14 as a scout and I woke up moving. It was raining and my tent flooded and I was floating on my ground pad. Then I bought a rope hammock.
I'm super jealous.
Which UQ has the tie out holes? I need a UQ really bad.
Welcome from north Alabama
I have a few and all mine do not a hole.
I want to make a tarp RL similar to the one on Whoopiesling.com. What kind of line is best for it? Lite weight preferably
Jons if you aren't going to use it I'd like to pay you for it.
I have heard of people putting rocks in the fire for an hour or so and putting them on the ground under their hammock with your set up. It should heat it up ok
I use reflectix.
That's pretty funny
