I'll give it a shot...

I use 55-gallon contractor grade trash can liners... Ideally, the bags should be at least four mils thick. It's multi purpose and the bag can be split to make a good-sized ground cover.

I personally would not depend on the Epsilon as a tarp since it is only water...

Hi- you may try some Reflectix
between the hammock and the bag or as long as it doesn't contact your bare skin.
