Thanks for the welcome everyone! Looking forward to meeting you and all the other hangers! Will be coming with my bf on his first hang ever!!!!
We're planning on hanging! We're new to Clayton. It'll be awesome to meet some local hangers. Can't wait to meet you guys!

Thank you georgecarr for the consolation prize! You are truly a generous soul and good luck to you in your business! You make gorgeous quilts! Congrats to DamnYankee! Please post pics, I can't wait...
I'm in. Thanks for being such a generous soul.
I feel blessed and lucky to have been born in this country. I am a woman and a tomboy. This country allows me the freedom to hike safely by myself in shorts and a tank top. To run my own business. To...
Thanks SilvrSurfr!
I'm in the eastern part but those mountains are on the list!
Hey again, I've been off the forums for a while but I'm back and living in a new state! So Fibby is now in NC.
Graham and I had a great time! It was amazing to meet everyone. The food was great and the people were all so friendly. I really appreciated all the help that was offered. Next time we will stay for...
Thanks so much for such a wonderful first group hang for me and Graham. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. We'll definitely be back for another one. It was very cool to meet everyone. Now I have...
I'm just over the bridge in Falmouth.

I'm so excited to meet all of you guys on Sat. My sister can't make it so it's just me and the pooch.
[QUOTE=Nighthauk;1088625]R3l@ax and I went to the park where NEHHA is . So all seven people who are listed as waiting are now in. Come all down.
Thank you so much!!! Woo hoo! We'll be there and I...
Wait list for me. Didn't figure on it being closed out :( I'll sign up early for the next one though ;)
I just saw this and I'm bummed I can't go:( I'll have to catch you guys at the Sept hang. Have a blast!
Is this a dog-friendly hang?

Thanks for letting me know. I had looked through the rest of the thread and I guess I missed that part. We're out, then :( We'll just have to try for another one. Maybe the fall hang :)

Mine is both. Fibby is short for Anne Fibian. It's now Fibby, Fib or Miss Fibista. I used to catch and study deformed frogs and I'm often down by the water doing frog calls.
I'm coming with a friend and our dogs. I can't wait to finally go to a group hang!

+1 I volunteered in a shelter for four years training the dogs who came in so they would be more adoptable. You want to ask a lot of questions about a shelter dog. Things like how are they around...
I started as a lurker and asked a bunch of questions when I really started hanging. I now mostly lurk again but I am here almost every day...watching you:scared::scared::scared::scared:

+1 on Hydrogen Peroxide. It gets the smell out of everything (fabric, wood, concrete). The only other thing I found that worked as well was Anti Icky Poo but it was way more expensive. I stock up on...
Common courtesy is a must. We take it to an extreme. Graham is not allowed to approach people or dogs without my okay. I also pull him off the trail and have him in a down between my legs (safe...
Graham sleeps in his own dog tent that fits under my Superfly. He has his own ccf pad, reflectix and bed that goes on top. We've just been car camping and I'd have to lighten it up for backpacking...
I do the same after I have an all out battle with what I had been working on for days/weeks/months. I thought my latest was going great (a dog tent for Graham that hangs from the ridgeline and was...
That bums me out a little, there wasn't a hammock club when I was there :(
Awesome videos Fronkey!!!! You've inspired me to dust off my canicross gear and make my Graham Cracker haul me a little (I certainly haul his excrement enough...tmi i know). Loved the wolf!!! She...

I've been doing a little fall cleaning and it's time to get rid of the unused gear to help make some ends meet. Thanks for looking!

'Nother girl here from Cape Cod! I tend to lurk more than post but I'm here. I hang with my best buddy Graham (my dog) but he's a tenter ;) I find it pretty girl friendly here and do get gear envy...
Sounds good to me too! I can make it in Sept if it's still open.

I'm gonna keep it, please close this posting, Thanks.

Used a couple of times on short hikes, less than an hour each. It was just too big, I need a medium. No tags but in perfect condition. Color is Coriander/Thyme

I have two of these and I only need one. This is an unused, unopened dog tent by Outward Hound. Dimensions are 43"L x 33.5"W x 35"H. Graham (my dog) is a 71 pound smooth collie and he fits in it very...

If you back up the video he says it. :D
Nicely done, as always, Shug! Loved the Mandolin playing while on the unicycle!

I can stay clear of it but Graham (my dowg) loves walking in the stuff. I have found that Wet Ones seem to take the oil off wonderfully. I wipe myself down with them after a hike and then I wipe...
Maybe try tightening the belt. I had a similar problem with mine and that's what fixed it. Mine's not a featherweight though so this could possibly not help you at all
Nevermind. Just...
I am using a WBBB lefty and it should fit under my tarp, it's a Superfly. I'm also making it adjustable from the top so I can still use it no matter how high my tree straps are. I would have it done...
I had hoped that pressure would keep him in but he will sneak through the doors of my Superfly when they're closed tight with bungee and he's silent. He's a thinker and can figure out the craziest...
He's cool, I could make him a tissue paper crate and he'd stay in it. The bathtub floor is so his nails don't go through the bottom when he walks into it. He does need to be contained in something...
Thanks for the video Fronkey! Graham and I loved it. He thinks Kiba's a cutie. We have one overnight in already and I'm tweaking his setup again. I'm working on a bugnet thing with a bathtub floor...
I am in love with Ruff Wear. It fits him perfectly and lasts forever! We are now in the Swamp Cooler Vest season so I have to take that everywhere just in case he overheats which seems to happen a...
