I'll take one tonight. I've got some ribbon, but it wasn't wide enough for my big sausagey fingers to get anything good out of. I think it's about 3/4" wide...which, on that note, I've got two rolls...
That's how I feel about it.
I lopped the hood off of it, left the shoulder area alone to help it snug up to me comfortably, and double stitched across where I'd cut the hood off...couldn't get a good hem on it, so it just has...
It bears mention that this is a GI mummy bag...tough stuff. Should it make a difference, or can I apply the same principals?

I picked up a mummy bag for the right price, but I was wondering if anybody has converted one to the use of a top quilt? Built in footbox should make it simple, but I'm wondering what (if anything)...
