Still available. Thanks!
Everything you need to know is in the build sheet. Great color combo; great quaity! This UQ was used twice in the back yard.
If you didn't know, George is temporarily not taking orders until...
Hope you get a little peace and wish you a speedy recovery!
Welcome. Jealous that you are where I want to be. Hope all is well in VA.
I called George to ask him about UQ length, and he couldn't have been more helpful. The next day I placed an order.
Fast forward nine weeks since my order in December. The website said that was...
Super cool. Jealous.
Slept in my hammock last night without a pillow, and I have to say I think I liked it better.
This!! Think I found my new favorite YT channel. Thanks!!
I bought the lg size Thermarest one, it is awesome, but way too big for me in the hammock. Then I bought the RBTR pillow kit. I used all the insulation, and while it is good length by width, I...
I finally spend a night in my ENO. What are they, like 9.5'? It was dooable, but I still prefer the 11' Dutch I have.
While in Spain years ago, sweltering in the summer heat, I stopped into a pharmacy for some talcum, you know, to lube the chafed parts. I didnt know the word for talcum, so I (mis)translated baby...
Well, I checked, and it looks like it is designed to be this way. Here's the photo from the website. I circled where it looks like the tray doesn't insert all the way into the body; see how it...
Thanks, Bob. I will see if any of those solve the problem!
I got the Acu Rite for Christmas, but I'm not so sure about this design. The battery tray doesn't actually fully close. What's up with that? Is this the way it is designed or do I have a dud?
Smoke cigars in the hammock all the time. No smell to speak of, which I attribute to being outside. The smoke just drifts up,up, and away.
Favorite stick is a Partagas series D no 4.
+1
Gonna be a warm new year!
After a couple nights in the hammock I have come to the sad conclusion that it is too short for me. It breaks my heart bc it is such a beautiful piece of gear.
I called LL and spoke with...
Went with the straight lay. Looks great after cursory glance, can't wiat to use it!
Thank you all! Time to upgrade from the no-sew PLUQ.
About to order habanero and have one questions about directional baffles.
I sleep head right/feet left; is that right lay or left lay?
It's a steep curve, indeed.
Btw, I found your mandolin-specific vids last night. Found a link to the Soundcloud but couldn't get it to work. Are those track still public? I don't play,...
Well, almost three months later, and I am getting the hang of things. (I love puns, sorry.) Been camping twice, each for two nights. Best night sleep I've had in a good while, though I do need to get...

First two nights went way better than I'd hoped. Still struggling a little with setup and learning a lot about organizing gear. Tried a self-inflating and an accordion style pad. Liked the...
Thanks to all. Got some major calf ridge going on, so I'll see what I can do. Might get rained on, too. Oh well: go big, or go home.
John. I just bought a hammock for camping. Been lurking here and on Shug's youtube channel for about a month. Gonna try out the hamaca this weekend on a two night trip!
