For sale a ALITE Monarch Chair. I bought this thinking I would use it on my back packing trips. I carried it on one over night and used it for a couple hours. It is very comfortable but I'm not using...
OK all great info. Thanks everyone. I think I'm going to go with a full length as that is most likely for me to use in the winter any way and as funds replenish I can get a second lighter weight 3\4...
What are peoples preference and why. Im contemplating getting one fairly soon nut Im unsure on what length I would like to get.

I will take it.
So does that make it a med?
Whats the torso length on the circuit and how old is it?
Also do you have pictures of it
On some of the vendor sites I believe there was packed size in the specification documentation of each quilt. But depending on how you pack your gear in stuff sack or combination stuff sack with...
Darn just a bit to late. If that falls through I will take it
That could be messy but completely epic at the same time!
I like to lean out and pee.....but there is no good answer for number 2
For me it all depends on how you sleep. I'm a cold sleeper so a pad with a 20* bag works great down to about 10* for me
Below 0* a 0* bag is fine but I haven't made the jump to under quilts yet...
So what are most of you all spending on this type of quilt. I'm looking at either making one or buying a down version. Money is tight so if this is way cheaper it will probably work for me. My...
The 4x4 is fine it is 6ft into cement bed and about 10ft tall lagged into my deck so that isnt goint any where. But yeah I did not milk the whoopie so this looks like inexperience on my part. Thanks...
Im in thanks
Thanks everyone Im about 250 and I was tied off to a 4x4 and a large oak so Im not sure it would have gone down on the tree side but very well could have on the other. But it was some what windy as...
Not sure on the angle but it may have been slightly under 30*
Also all the webbing and whoopies are also from BIAS. Im more thinking it might be my set up than the equipment but wasnt sure?
So I just tested out my new and first hammock. It is a BIAS 1.9 single layer hammock.
It worked great and was very comfurtable but I was very surprised at the amount of sag I jad in one night. I...
Ok about 3/4 length I believe
Whats the length on the 40* phoenix?
So I was warm and had one of the best nights sleep I have had in a while.
One question though is there generaly a decent amount of sag in a new hammock or the webbing or the whoopie slings?
Cant say enough on how comfurtable this is. Currently about 34 degrees in mass tonight. Should be a fun test run. Thanks again BIAS this thing turned out great! Oh and tye knoty mod is the best...
Would that pack down further in a stuff sack?
As far as I have seen 250 would be the max on 1.1 rip stop for the hammock.
As far as other things required you would also need to make sure you have all the tree straps and ridge lines etc.

hey well some times there has to be a pioneer. When you complete it just be the first person out there to put it up!
Seema like I could get 16 oz from willderness logic for 132 so maybe I should just do that
I have never done it. But from what I know about some versions of bags from BA is they have bags with no down on the back side this is mainly to save weight and what they recommend you do is add a...
I guess the other question is it a good idea for the grade of down both bags are $100 so for slightly more I could get the same amount of down at 850
Yep it 600+ the percentage Im not sure. It is two The North Face Kazoo Blue down sleeping bags.
I think singularly they are 15* bags
55 viewimgs but nothing did I do something wrong? Do I smell?
What length is the umder quilt?
Hello all
I have a lead on two down sleeping bags that Im thinking I can harvest the down from for a really nice under quilt and providing there is enough down to also fill a top quilt.
I know...
What size pack is it?
What is the torso measurment on this pack for the large? Also is this a framed or frameless pack.
I will grab a few photos shortly. But the original main reason was because of there reputation and the weight of the tarp. Also I have BIAS XL and it will work very well with this for the added...
I just wanted to post up how impressed I have been with the quality of my new Tad Pole tarp. I ordered thinking it was a very reasonable price and everyone had rave reviews of it. I know understand...
Wow that was fast
Yeah my concern with a tablecloth hammock would be weight. I will likely use this for backpacking as well.
not sleeping two but more hanging out in two. The other thing is I'm a fairly big guy. I'm about a 60 regular on the suite jacket and that is a bit snug so something a bit wider for myself to do a...
Hello All,
I'm investigating making a double person hammock. I'm however finding it difficult to find a vendor that sells 1.1 or 1.9 rips stop for more than a 67" role width.
So I guess my...
I just wanted to give my feed back on the products I just purchased from Dutch. I ordered a few things for my hammock and tarp set up and the same day I received the notice it was shipping and a...
So for the TQ and the UQ what is the total weight?
I just picked a new one up. Best price out there and very light weight for the size.
