shemaghs is a good one...For me it is the the multi purpose disc....a frisbee golf disc, usually a mid range, has several uses....Plate, fan, tray/table, entertainment, seat, changing pad, etc....

I agree with the sleeping bag sock idea...i Use a North Face Allegheny 40F rectangular bag zipped around me and hammock, then inside the hammock use a pad (maybe side bolsters) and a fleece sleeping...
