I am newer to the forum and would like to meet some folks that do what I do. I would be open to any activity involving hammocking, pretty much anywhere in Ohio, western Pennsylvania, or West Virginia.

I am 5'4" and in hammocks that are over 10 foot I am swallowed by them. Any input as to length of hammock you fellow short folks have would be appreciated.

I bought the ember 2 because I have been unsure about going all out on hammock gear. I have not been able to sleep well in hammocks. At least in my grand trunk single and grand trunk skeeter beeter....

I have been registered here for almost a year but got away from the forum for a bit. I am reintroducing myself in order to reach out to others interested in hammocks that may be reasonably close by....
