they all have their pros and cons and it comes to what you want. I bet sooner or later you will have most of them.

I first heard about it from some friends and my dad decided to get a cheap one off of amazon. We took it to a car camping thing with the boy scouts and I asked if I could sleep in it one night and I...

This was the biggest group of hangers I have seen. (but this is only my second forums trip. :) )
It looks like you had a lot of fun. Nice vid and pics.
It depends on how cold you go to. I know with Hammock Gear with a 20 degree 3/4 uq you can get to about 15.
My favorite Part was the tree cutting, that made me laugh.
Thank you Medicine Man.
Use olive oil
Big success Spamburglar, thanks for planing that trip. It was a lot of fun. And I agree with Hanginout, I am looking forward to seeing Medicine Mans vid.
I don't know about now but when Spamburglar went on his recon he said that it can be rock hopped.
We hope to get there on friday but we think it will be later in the day.
We plan to leave between 12:45ish to 1pm eastern time zone. You are welcome to hike with us if you want.
Thank you. We plan to head out from Twin Arches. See you there.
Looks like we are getting a 1pm start on Fri. And would be closer for us to take twin arches to Slave fall loop and catch group on Laurel Fork Creek. We think about 6 miles to that junction??? Or it...
Gredemeer and I will definitely be there. Looking forward to seeing you guys there.
Ok thank you, and thank you Spamburglar for taking care of that.:)
Do we need to get Back Country Permits?
This is pretty unique, and cool but its not for me.
Good luck on the trip.
Depending on who is off. If my dad is off I will be there. If my Uncle is off I will be doing a race with him. But I hope that I will be there.
Welcome to hammock forums.
If you have hooks to hang in almost all the rooms of your house.
