I have a Zpacks Cuben with doors which i absolutely love. I went with Zpacks for the 11 foot ridgeline.
Before the Cuben, i used a OES MacCat Deluxe which was a little snug in the ridgeline.

Ain't that rock scramble fun. That section just about did me in.
I use a HG crowsnest er a a , what is it.........Pheonix with my BB.
I can ask about renting my scout camp, it has all the qualifications but i know there are usually some lively "spirits" around the fire. The Scouts sort of frown on the "spirits" on their properties.

I wondered how many would catch that.
You know, they could save a little weight if they could figure out a way to make these with a detachable fly and without the tent poles. Maybe they could just take the nylon floor and string it...

(Heshbon area of Loyalsock actually)
Giving the field testers at BP Mag a Hammock is like giving a Long Haul Truck driver an Indy Car and then the truck driver complains that there isn't a cup holder.
The Powers of the Ginger are a mysterious creature that few dare to cross.
I think i posted to this thread before, but I am now the District Venturing Chairman.
I recently got down to around 18 f with a 3 season Crowsnest and a summer burrow. Now i also had a fleece bag liner, my down booties, my Marmot Zeus jacket, Merino wool head to toe and Mil Spec Poly...
Little Pine State Park may be an option, their group camping is away from everything else and right along a small stream with plenty of trees (from what i remember). It also has it's own...
i need to do some of that section also, but i have done from Caledonia State Park to Duncannon in PA.
Take a Camera, there are some pretty important AT milestones in that section. The ATC and the...

I second that, but i still couldn't get on the show. This is the first time being an Eagle Scout has kept me from doing something.

I have a couple shiny toys on my setup, the only advantage is speed IMO.
If i am worried about wind or weather, the shiny things go away and the old reliable knots come out.
So a recent thread got me thinking, My trail name was taken when i signed up so i went with an old reliable screen name from gaming. The i saw the Game Changing word "THE" and **viola** my new HF...
I put whoopies on my JRB Bridge hammock and did not like them at all so i went back to the stock suspension. I just got a Dangerbird which came with only whoopies and i love them.
