When I had the SB I didn't get a chance to use the tarp, but you will need a slippery half hitch at the ring buckles to prevent slippage. Have fun!

I want to thank Darby and everyone at Tree to Tree for sending the Switchback on tour.
The weather here has been terrible (windy and wet) since I received the hammock so I didn't get a lot of hang...

No problem! I received hammock and tarp today and can't wait to give it a test run....
