I had a great time with all,,, everything went well until after our potluck last night the ranger came by and said a Winter storm was coming in and was going to dump 6" of snow by today... and this...

Well after looking at the water level again this morning.. it shows both above and below Kyles Landing low but floatable... I think I'll go ahead and bring the boats... just incase...

Lots of waterfalls is this area.... I'll get the book out and see who's interested in waterfall hunting...

Well,, looking at the river level,,, it looks to low to float... It shows above Kyles landing is to low, from Kyles down is floatable right now but not a good chance of rain, so I think by next week...

It's open year round for floating and hiking,,, the Rangers just don't want you to camp in camp grounds until open. BUT, 100yds outside the campground is not part of the campgrounds and you can camp.

Temps can range from 20's to 50's for lows and 30's to 70's for the high... The way the weather is this year, no way to know... But we will have a fire going for sure...

Last year we were a week early (which we never had issues before) this year if you are there a day or 2 early, I don't think there will be any problems...

For the people coming in before the campsites opening day (Friday 14th) there is a chance the Rangers may try to make you leave until the 14th... I don't think they will being a day or 2 early... ...
