Those are fun facts! Man I can't wait to see in action. Just picked up a top/underquilt set from Hammockgear, but I know at some point I'm gonna wanna go lower and these look like a great option!...

In the other thread they said they're just waiting on parts, and they'll start selling them as soon as they arrive. Sounded like it could be as soon as two weeks from now, but it also could be a...
Just put in an order for a Tensa4 last night, and will probably pick up the tarp extensions when they hit the shelves! How long does shipping usually take to make it out to Georgia? Very excited :D
It's also possible to diy a tensa stand for cheaper than buying it if you've got the confidence for it. There are a bunch of different homemade ones across this site that can be built on a budget.

I've heard good things about that tarp, I think the biggest drawback for people was the big logo! If you're willing to take that trade off, apparently it's a great tarp for the money.

I ordered one of those two days ago and got it from Dutch today. It looks well made and it's Argon 90 so it should make for a great windbreak but I'm still waiting on my underquilt to arrive so I can...

My girlfriend and I have shared my "Winner...
Glad to hear it Dutch! Love that you always seem to have something new going on with your shop. Congrats to you and Cedar Ridge on the partnership!

Well I just got my chameleon today! Currently with a peak shelf and a bug net... Maybe this is a good excuse to grab a top cover or a sidecar :D

Just got my dark olive chameleon in today! Awesome upgrade from the cheapy Amazon hammock I started with, and man that Hexon 1.6 is comfy. Thanks Dutch and team! Now just waiting on a tarp and...
For now I'm sticking with car camping. Taking stuff one step at a time. Probably will pick up other backpacking gear in the next six months though.
Something like that! I actually have a cheapy $20 hammock (I believe it's the same one Shug reviewed in his cheap gear video) and spent a few night in it this year, but I figured I might as well get...
Figured I'd post here instead of cluttering the forum (since I don't have any pics yet) but I bought a setup! Used Christmas money for a Chameleon, some accessories, and some bling from Dutch, and...
I also just grabbed a Quest II (and an underquilt) last night. Starting to put together my first real camping setup so I'm quite excited, thanks for the awesome offer!
Hi there!
I'm Ty, a Georgia resident but originally from the San Francisco Bay area, and am brand new to hammock camping! My gf and I love the outdoors (though some health issues keep us from...
