Success! Installed and running through the App Store on my iPod

It now shows up for me and says that it's loading. I'll update here if it's successful

I search it on my iPod and it comes up as "No Matches"

I just contacted Derek again so hopefully something will get taken care of.

I blame Apple. :D

Delete & reinstall maybe? Since you bought it once it should let you.

What iOS are you running? Compatibility issue?

I just shot Derek a message on Facebook to see if he can shed any light on the issue
