I do not use Whoopie hooks but if I did I would have a couple niteize mini binners to hold the CLs in place when I removed the Whoopie hooks.

Pass the whoopie through both sides of the CL then do your larks head. So in the picture instead of hooking the whoopie to the ring do the same thing only through both sides of the Cl.
