I have a structural ridgeline on my hammock and I use tat inside the guardian bugnet to keep the bugnet up and out of my face. I don't string up the bugnet with any additional ridgeline or string....
I have the same hardware and basic setup in my room HAHA I hang in it almost every night to sleep in. The mattress is just sorta of a platform to hold stuff now =x

I started with 2 separate lines, but found it easier to adjust the tarp over the hammock w/ a crl. also it holds up against wind and weather just a tad better =) imo
Thanks for the illustration, really helps w/ deciding how much coverage you really need
I use crl and snakeskins, I just keep the ridgeline on w/ the tarp at all times, no need to break it down or separate it. It makes for a super fast set up =)

the double and the netting one I both have. they aren't bad, I slept a nite outdoors w/ the netting and its pretty comfy, and I set the double in my room as an indoor hammock =)

I usually backpack along the AT trail so, usually I would just find a spot a few hundred feet off the trail and hammock out, u can build a small fire as long as u make the proper fire ring and...

I got rid of the original biners and replaced them w/ metolius fs mini biners. 22kN and at only 23g's. light weight and climbing rated =)
The bugnet is a bit on the heavy side but it gets the job done and its pretty durable. I don't even use the provided ridgeline and cut all the ridgeline clips. I have a srl on my hammock and just run...
I have the eno doublenest w/ atlas straps and profly and bugnet. Its gone through quite a bit of hanging and its still going good after 2 years so far and 3 backpacking trips and 5 car camping trips!...
