Not sure about the Incubator, but I bought 2 Econ quilts from HG, a top and bottom, and am thrilled.
My top quilt is a Burrow Econ 0, and it worked great in the Adirondacks in January when it was...

I went to the Adirondacks in January with a 3/4 length Jacks R Better 0.0 degree. I also use a 0.0 top quit.

Hey folks,
I have been debating on what tarp to get for my Blackbird XLC, which I got on sale in May. I've been looking around, even at a $16 camo, similar to a blue tarp..
Just looking today...
Hello, grew up in Sayre, Pa.
I think the Phoenix Econ will work. I went with the Econ 30.
Lets face it, in the past I've over packed & carried too much stuff to the point where I get back home and am unpacking and wondering...
Waiting for it to arrive, but I just bought the HG Phoenix Econ 30 to go with my WBBB single layer 1.7 XLC. Been tent/tarp camping enough to know that for me, this 3/4 is good for much of the year in...
Waking up on the ground resulted in me hurting. Wanted to sleep on air, or close to it.
Thanks for the advice. The plan is to head into the woods early and then spend hours hiking to different areas and setting the system up over and over.
I still use my Walmart sleeping bag from 1995. Also use their inexpensive hiking sneaker, the $18 hike poles. And the Ozark Trail hike hip pack that has the two water bottles. That is about $8....
I always wake up sore after sleeping in a tent. Sure i could have bought some sort of a pad but I wouldn't be as comfortable as in an XLC.
Sore hips, sore back. And hammock camping is a fun hobby....
The 116 is the hull number of the ship I was stationed on in Japan before we decommissioned it, and as a joke my buddies and I in 1st Division called each other "Boats," short for Boatswain mate. We...
Hello,
I've been on this forum for about a year reading and then a few weeks ago saw the XLC on sale and bought one.
Will be heading back out on the trails soon after I buy an under quilt.

I did one overnight on 10-25-16. I stopped by the office to ask a few questions. Was told too camp on the North Country Trail. The lady at the desk took my car description, no plate #, not that it...
While in the US Navy me and some friends were unrated, and which usually turns into Boatswain Mate for a job, although I got out before then. Anyway, we called most everyone on the ship "Boats"...
I am in the Alfred, NY area. Spending time in the Allegheny State Park and Allegheny National Forest. I will be ordering an inexpensive hammock soon, and will upgrade as time goes on.
Lot of trails...
I will be spending a lot of time in the Allegheny National Forest and the Allegheny State Park. I have hiked in the past, such as Mt Marcy and Loyalsock Trail. I do not won a hammock at this point,...
Just did 10-mile day hike on Tracy trails on Tuesday, 10-18. The reservoir is low. Nice hike though. Saw nobody, and just two cars at the trail head. Good 3.5 hours for me. Was almost 80, and humid.
