I got the 40° +2oz overfill. The majority of my backpacking lows are around 30-55°, so hopefully this will suffice with my 30° down sleeping bag up top. It was one of my most difficult gear decisions...

I'm sure others with experience will chime in, but I was in the same boat. I'm about 70" tall and thought about getting something around 72" instead of the standard 77", but decided to get the 77".
