No idea. I was set up at home over grass. Was lying in it all day off and on and was just getting out of it and boom. Very weird. There must have been a small defect that I didn't notice.

I was getting out of my WBBB dbl 1.1 and I heard the dreaded sound of something tearing. I looked underneath and the bottom layer tore about 10 inches perpendicular to the length of the hammock....
