Has anyone used a camping perimeter monitoring system? It sees a little overly paranoid for most hiking but if I was in grizzly country I might consider one.

I don't dispute that. And I did find it humorous. My only problem is stating that you are more likely to be attacked in a hammock than a tent. As you mentioned neither one will change your smell. ...
