I use this bungee cord to clip it on the opposite side tie-out, on the inside plastic ring, it just goes up between the bug mesh and the ridgeline and down to the other ring. I noticed it helps...

Went back to double lark's head for the moment, seems to be the easiest to adjust and tie around a carabiner, with only 2 friction points. Not even need to secure it with a half hitch or whatever....

For me it was very simple, was putting toghether a rig for my trips and just did some basic math:
bike + lightweiht + mostly stealth camping = hammock
