Ha maybe you're right CB.... Looked like he did a knot before it or twisted the rope in a certain way but now that I look at it again he could have just hung on to the figure 9 to get a better grip....

OK I love using my CRL from whoopieslings.
However I do notice that once I tie it off to the figure 9 and stake out my tarp it loses some slack and I have to re-tighten my figure 9.
