I'll take it.
I'm committed. Just need three more.
Sold to gobiidae, pending funds.
Price drop: Dangerbird for $175
Per forum rules, the first "I'll take it" is the winning bidder.
Jarbidge sold to allhansondeck pending funds.
I've decided to go with a single layer.
Just looked it over and there is no rating on it. Maybe Paul will shed some light.
Sorry, I didn't think about this until now. Even though the Jarbidge has only been used one night, it's about two years old. It's made from whatever insulation Paul used before Apex.
Up for sale is a is a Dangerbird, net only (Roaming Gnome) it is new and unused. I just received it yesterday. It is an 11' double layer made from 1.6 oz HyperD. Inside layer is black, outside layer...
My wife and I will be there Saturday afternoon. Just got an email notice that my Dream Hammock Dangerbird shipped today, probably get here Monday.
Well done. Great video, I like the music too.
I'll keep it on my radar, it's a possibility.
Gathered end, no. Bridge, yes.
Thanks deltaalpha, now I need to decide east or west,
Thanks Hikersole, It's on my radar.
I need a recommendation for a one night/two day or two night/three day trip in Missouri or northern Arkansas.
I ended up ordering a 11' Roaming Gnome, double layer Hyper D. I've never been in a 11 footer before, so i'm looking forward to comparing the two.
I would be interested.
While I was trying to talk warbonnet into taking Paypal, (he wouldn't) my wife bought my kids some new shoes with the Paypal money. oh well, next time.
Thanks to all of you. I appreciate the input. 11' it is.
I recently sold some some gear and the money is in my paypal account. My plan was to take the money and buy a Superfly, the problem is Warbonnet doesn't have a paypal option. Does anyone have a...
I'll start by apologizing for raising this question for the millionth time. I'm thinking about getting one of Papa Smurf's Dream hammocks. I'm 6'1" 200 pounds and I want to get your opinion on 10' or...
Sold to Pacific Atoll pending funds.
Up for sale is my Ridgerunner setup. I have a total of nine nights in it. All items are in great condition. Smoke free/Pet free home. Shipping included in the continental U.S.
Warbonnet...
I'll be posting a complete setup later tonight, Ridgerunner, Cloudburst, lynx.
There is usually a fall yellow river hang, that's a good place to see how other folks do it too.
I'm going to Quetico next week. Were you OK without a bug net?
Something not mentioned yet, is the cloudburst has small rings sewn into the ridge line to attach the bug net of the ridgerunner to.
Put Lawson in the search and it will populate.
Wow...we have a videographer amongst us.
I'm going to Quetico mid September, hopefully it will be a little less crowded.
I have a Ridgerunner and cloudburst. I am wondering if anyone has tried a Grizz Beak with this combination? I know the doors won't completely close around the Ridgerunner suspension but I'm curious...
Sold to Gustavus
I have a Molly Mac Gear Box, it is new and never used. $40, shipped CONUS
Thanks for sharing. I'm shopping for a dual sport right now.
I'm going to tag this thread, as this hang is a possibility.
Jaxx, you get an "A" for originality with that music. I like it.
Browns hollow is a nice spot with good water for filtering.
Yellow river state park is always good.
I will be the only hammocker in my group. Sill haven't decided between the Ridgerunner/Cloudburst or Blackbird/Superfly. I bet I have some converts by the time the trip is over.
I'll be going in September, starting at pickerel and going to Sturgeon.
I'll keep an eye on this thread.
I just placed an order for two sets of tarp sleeves from MountainGoat. It took about a week to get them. I'm very happy with the quality of the product and the service.
Keep 'em comin Jaxx, that's good stuff.
My favorite is Ray Mears
I was doing some research on the Superior Hiking Trail when I discovered Shug. The rest is history.
If you do a search for the "Shane method" you will find a good discription on how to do this. I just did it to a cloudburst and a superfly and I'm very happy with it.
To me, this knot seems like a better version of the taught line hitch. Thanks for sharing, I like it.
I've had some stuff come up and I'm not going to make it. Next year for sure.
