Sounds like somebody else spent the night there after are hang and didn't do a very good job cleaning up after their selves,

A big thanks to Lost Biker I got the DIY bug and last night I finally finished my PLUQ and I had a down. Pillow that was ripped open and made me a hammock pillow tonight, here are a couple pics.

The temps were a little on the cold side but it was a good weekend, you did miss out on some good story telling by Jake and some very good cookies made by his wife Marry

Thanks for pics Mule, I have some to post when I figure out how too, I'm not very computer savvy I've got the pics transferred to my computer but having some problems loading them onto the website

I have the regular BB and wish I had gotten the XLC, what tarp did you order

Unfortunately I have to work Thursday night so I won't get off work until 0300 Friday morning so I am going to plan on leaving the house no later than 1200 so I should hopefully hit the parking lot...

Keep an eye on the trip planning section, I think the Hoosier hang is the next big hang but there are likely to be many smaller gatherings between now and then and they usually get posted here but...

I don't foresee water being an issue in the creeks surrounding the valley, we were there a few weeks ago and there was plenty and we've had a couple good rains since then

At the Hoosier Hang the raffle items were pretty modest for the most part, I wouldn't go and spend a pocket full of money on something, there was a lot of stuff that people had extras of that was...

I can probably come up with something to put in the raffle

There has not been any talk of a meal pitch in, nor a raffle, I personally am not planning on bringing any more food than I plane to consume myself, as far as a raffle goes I'm not apposed of one if...

I had actually been thinking about using a extra hammock under my UQ but the poncho liner over the RL is a good idea as well

I'm not a big fan of the cold though, maybe one of these days when I can afford some down quilts I'll like it a little more

Maybe I'm the weird one here but highs in the 80's and lows in the 50's sounds great to me for October
