Pfft, I was going to just wear some sandals made out of truck tires and a burlap bag kilt and a rusty tuna can lid for a knife.
The zipper is also on the right side of the MSS, you can orient it to the center though , there is enough room in the shoulder area for the hood to still be comfortable, this would affect the bivy...
