I have bought about 12 of these in the past. They do work great and I haven't damaged one yet either. Have had them for a couple of seasons.
get it you won't regret it. I Love my camo Superfly :)
I also would think shorter suspension would decrease stability?
that is a great pic. I guess my concern was that the ridgepole would bend too much if it was any longer. I think mine is currently 11ft? I guess I should set it up and try it out :)
I have a Warbonnet Ridge Runner and have made a turtle dog stand that I have only used with my Skeeter Beater Pro. I am going to be quite a bit of camping with the Cub Scouts this spring and summer...

I came across this tonight and just had to pick it up. It is rated at 32 degrees and 90% duck down and 10% feathers. It weighs 1.5lbs and is 85x30x20. I am 6'0 250lbs and fit in this bag. It is...

You will love the superfly. I have one in camo with the attached doors.
DKPerdue thanks for the ideas. I also like the idea of using a poncho liner draped across the ridge line... did that seem to help keep things warmer?
Dkperdue I'd love to see the mods you made to use as peapod and underquilt. Sounds like a pretty neat idea.
Phoenix great idea I'll have to give that a try.
The trekking pole idea came from Tendertoe. I thought it was a brilliant idea.
Thanks for the feedback. I am curious to.know how ti determine the hang angle. I know iy should be between 20 and 25 for.the RR but that us fully loaded correct? What should it look like befire it is...
Breyman I see that you also own a WBBB which do you like best the BB or RR?
