Not sure if anybody else has chimed in yet but there is no parking at the small parking lot at the top of the hill above campsite #2 anymore, they blocked it off with telephone poles

All items were sold, close thread please
A big thanks to all the cottage venders that donated to raffle, and also a big thanks to Zach for donating his time to organizing the hang, were all lucky to have him as part of our group, he takes...
Well I'm running a little behind schedule but should be there around 5
Well I should be there sometime between 2-4 tomorrow, I'm gonna park atop the big hill and probably end up hiking back to the car Friday afternoon and move my car down to the tower to make room for...
Well that sucks, was looking forward to seeing you friend
Just hike the trail until you get the campsite marker #2 and turn north off the trail, follow the creek and it runs right into the valley, same place it's been for the last few years

Hammock sold pending payment
Price drop....175.00 plus shippping
taptalk makes it nice to access several different forums, you can switch back and fourth from one forum to the next pretty easy, personally its alot easier than using the browser IMO, until here...

spindrift sold pending payment
To be honest I highly doubt you could make it down the trail and back to the valley with a wagon without dumping it several times
There are no wagons or carts allowed on the trail
no rips or tears, or smells, the hammock has only been used less than 5 times and thew spindrift only once
bump, prices revised
I was really wanting to sell as a package so I only had to pay for shipping once
There are no fees, and no permits required, there is a white elephant style raffle, that is usually comprised of used gear and cottage venders donate items to the raffle as well, some folks will buy...

Looks like it's shaping up to be a pretty good hang , can't wait to see everyone
I'm thinking about arriving Thursday mid to late day, I have to work Wednesday night, so it will depend on how slow I am getting going Thursday and if anybody else is planning on showing up Thursday
A little backyard hanginghttp://images.tapatalk-cdn.com/15/09/27/5079caaa9bffc35206c8c30acd631989.jpg
That hammock kind of reminds me of a recliner
The funny thing is I really had a brain fart when I ordered my pole kit because being an archery guy I already had arrows laying around just needed the inserts and tips and some shock cord, but guess...

Just a heads up for everybody, I spent the night in the valley this weekend and the creek was almost completely dried up,and there were a bunch of blow downs, I've seen more water in the creek around...
Well I've been watching the for sale section pretty close for a while trying to score a tarp and kept missing the good deals and got tired of seeing used tarps priced almost as much as new ones, so I...
I love the multi cam design but refuse to pay the extra for it,
Thanks for the detailed parts list, I just placed an order through Quest so I can make a set of poles for my Superfly
2 questions, does this pack have a hood and does it have pockets on the hip belt
How much for the superfly without the hardware or with hardware, shipped to 46241
Would be interested in the superfly
Thanks for stepping up and taking on the task Zach, have you heard from River Joe, been wondering how he's doing
Nice pics Ons, it was nice to meet you and good to see some familiar faces from up north.
That sucks about the axe, but glad you had a great time
you could try Hemlock Cliffs, the main trail is pretty heavily used but the scenic trail is a unmaintained bushwack trail and less travelled, nice and scenic
It was great seeing everybody, had a great time visiting with friends old and new, and to our friends that could not make it for one reason or another hope to see ya soon,
Do you need a special brand of hiking poles to go that route?
Would these carbon spreader bars be stronger than the stock set the RR comes with
