I appreciate that - another Noon to Noon planned for this weekend!
Terrific stuff! I loved the glacier where you filtered up your water - surprisingly thick for the end of April, really neat footage! The power of the Temperance River in spring. It is the 2nd or so...
Only possible problem I see is if it rains ;)
What makes a successful business - all kidding aside, being in business 1 year from starting. The energy, funds, effort and "fun" of it can all run low in the first year. For most, when that happens,...
Greeting from CNY. There are a number of us local, maybe a local hang is needed :)
Brother, you put forth a great effort and product, nothing to be ashamed of. You stated early on that you have a goal to be on TV - carry on and make it happen! Besides, Pockets and the Wolf would...

Currently my favorite is a wasp and dutch hook on a continuous ridge-line made of zing-it then lawson glow line with tarp worms on the guy lines. Here is a video that may give you some additional...
Fine for dogs, death to cats.
A while back a few of us (Sylvia, Diana and myself) were asked by Franchesca (who is a Journalism Major at SUNY Plattsburgh) to share some insights for a piece she was writing on the Northville...
This is a really good idea.
I don't have a video of it (yet). I find that these things are simple to operate in both directions. Like Dutch showed in his original video, to shorten the length it is as easy as grabbing each part...
If one of the Mods could please close this I would appreciate it. It may be back up for sale at a later date.
I have all 3 from Dutch and the Snipe. My Snipe was my first hammock and I still love it. Out of the 4 the Argon or Snipe would be my recommendation.
I keep an excel sheet with all my gear load outs and for the past year a video trip report. Prior to that it was pictures.

Every time I see your signature I laugh!
Hi there! I am one of the ones bringing sausage, but I don't know when I will be arriving on Friday. Unfortunately I probably won't know until early the week of. Also, I am available to help cook...
I am a rammer and crammer. In goes the compactor bag, then everything I want dry after that. I find it keeps my pack a more consistent shape. I hope this helps.
Wow wow! This was great. Some of those pictures!!! Thank you for sharing this.
I found 75% for my hammocks to work best for me. That's right, 75% - not the standard 83%! - it is really just a matter of messing with it, taking a nap, messing with it, watching the birds, messing...
I came across this and found it a good read. Enjoy.

Here are a couple of videos that may help you make some decisions and direction. I hope it helps.
